SUMMER READINGS

Hi everyone!!

Here we are in the month that officially starts the summer! A very strange summer, that's for sure, but we'll try to make it a little lighter!

What I love to do most of all in the summer is reading, so for this month's project I thought of making the very comfortable corner bookmarks that I had already shown you some time ago.

I decided to build them using the brand new and beautiful *Wooden Colors* papers in several shades and once cut into squares of about 15cm, I started folding them to form the body of the bookmark.

I took the decorative elements from the *Crazy Summer* card pad, in the set there is in fact a very useful sheet full of elements to be cut out.

Once I cut out the elements, I punched the smallest circle of the *Deco Circle* set in *Kraft* paper, and applied it under the elements, then I punched the vellum with the *Rametti* die to obtain a decorative element to detach by the color of the previous elements.

With the die *Dashing Circle* I punched the base circle in special paper *Garzato trasparente* and I assembled everything.

To give greater depth I used thick double-sided tape, with which I also attached my sentiment taken from the set of *Sentiment Typewriter* stickers, I chose words that recalled the slow and calm summer days.

As a final touch, helped by the fantastic *Gelly* I gave light to the subjects of the bookmarks.

I don't know about you, but now I'm going to sit outside in the company of a good book, an iced tea and these colorful bookmarks! In the hope that the project has enticed you to build mountains of these little adventure companions, I wish you a good day!
