SPECIAL MOMENTS

This will be my last blog post for ModaScrap, my latest project!

I thought a lot about what to make and in the end I decided to create my little workhorses: the corner bookmarks! I've always loved making them and I hope you enjoy doing the same! But no more chatter and let's go!

To start I chose which pattern papers to use from the *Let your soul bloom* set in 6x6" format, perfect for making the bookmark body, in fact the size does not require cuts.

Once I had chosen the pattern and folded the sheet, I started to cut out the flowers and decorations, always from the same set but in 12 x 12 format (of course, die cuts are also fine, as they are already pre-cut). Then I punched some small hexagons with the new set *Dashing hexagons* in cardboard *Garzato bianco*, after this I removed the white part and let the kraft emerge.

Having obtained all the elements, I began to position them, taking the hexagon as a base and arranging flowers, leaves and butterflies at different heights, to do this I helped myself with thick double-sided tape. As a sentiment I decided to use stickers with ready-made phrases, but if you want you can use the banners inside the die cut packs.

Finally, after gluing everything to the bookmark body, I illuminated the decorative elements with the transparent and glitter *Gelly*, the effect is wonderful and only one finger was needed to spread it!

As the very last thing, I applied when embellishment , specifically the *Semi pearl Ceramic white*, which helped to give some other light to the bookmark.

The project is finished and I can only hope you enjoyed it!

I greet you and I'm sure it will be just a goodbye. The sadness is great but I am very happy to have met magnificent people and to have walked a part of the journey with them!
