When I picked up the dies of the new ModaScrap release I had heart-shaped eyes and the more I die cut them, the more beautiful ideas I could think of! As always ModaScrap launches some fantastic products that are very elegant and versatile.
For this project I used the "Spring Flowers" collection, using two different patterned, and the "Hexagon box" die where I changed the size of the box to get it higher (here you can find the explanation video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1eDu_WM4WUI).
Before gluing the two parts obtained, I die cut on one of the two, always with the same method proposed in the link, with the "Save the Bees" die to create small windows, where on the back I glued a piece of "Vellum foil hexagons holographics” to close. So I composed the box and on the bottom I glued a hexagonal die cut taken from the dashing “Dashing Hexagons” because obviously the dimensions have reduced.
To decorate the front of the box I used the “Echinopsis Flower” die and composed the beautiful flower in shades of lilac and in the center I glued a half pearl. On the side, tied to the closing handle of the box, I tied a thread and hung a small tag, punched by the “Shopper” board, and a very small tassel coordinated with the cards.
I simply die cut the small box from two different papers and embellished with two twigs to which I glued some small white half pearls on some leaves and a bow with a ribbon to embellish the package.
Hoping to have inspired you for your spring projects, I look forward to seeing you for next time.
